The purpose of the G3 Summit is:
1) To promote local leadership development programs among Michigan communities and to maintain enthusiasm for community-based leadership development among existing programs;

2) To create networking opportunities for Michigan leadership development educators, practitioners and program alumni; and

3) To showcase best practices of leadership development programs in Michigan and to encourage professional learning in leadership development programming.
