The Conference organizers will reserve tables at the following establishments
for the conference attendees at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2001.
All meals will be at your own expense. Attendees may certainly make their
own arrangements for the evening meal

THE STATE ROOM (Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center)--in private
dining room; up to 12 people.
Fine dining featuring Michigan food and wine produces. Menu includes
crab and Caesar salad, duck, veal chops, steak, lasagna, prime rib, salmon,
lamb.
Price range: $8-$28. Full bar service, large dessert selection.

HARRISON ROAD HOUSE (across from Kellogg Conference Center at
Michigan and Harrison) No separate checks on parties of 8 or more.
Bar and grill; 12 kinds of appetizers; 7 salad selections; 7
soup selections; vegetarian entrees; pitas, sandwiches, Mexican cuisine;
burgers--including beef, buffalo and ostrich . Also 9 dinner items
including steak, fish, pasta, salmon, ribs, etc.

INDIA PALACE (136 West Grand River--follow Michigan Ave. to intersection
with Grand River)
Fine dining, cuisine from India. Features Indian breads and soups,
7 rice dishes; 8 types of tandoori; chicken, goat, lamb, seafood and vegetarian
entrees, plus traditional Indian desserts.
Price range: $6.95-$13.95.
BEGGAR'S BANQUET; 218 Abbott Road-- follow Michigan Ave. to
intersection with Grand River, turn left on Abbott. Restaurant is
on right-hand side.
Restaurant and saloon. Famous for hot chili; 10 appetizers, 8
salads; entrees include Chicken dishes, tenderloins, London broil,
pasta, salmon, shrimp, several vegetarian dishes and also 10 sandwich offerings.

EL AZTECO (225 Ann Street--follow Michigan Ave. to intersection
with Grand River, turn left on Abbott and then right onto Ann. Its on the
left hand-side in the plaza, about half-way down).

salads and desserts. Both ala carte and dinners.

Fine dining and grill. Seasonal menu with weekly changes. 8 appetizers.
2 salad choices. Entrées include cherry chicken, Atlantic
salmon, chicken pasta, whitefish, beef tenderloin. Sandwiches include
hamburgers, cold meats, grilled chicken or pork, portabello, etc.
